Driveway Work
On Monday May 8th the potholes and a large section of the driveway will be cut out. A pylon perimeter will be placed around them to keep traffic off it. They will be back on May 12th to pave them with hot asphalt.
On May 26th, half of the lot will be sealed and May 27th the other half (this way the lot isn't blocked for vehicle/ambulance traffic) and then on May 28th painting of lines and curbs will be completed.
Outdoor Concrete Work
In early May there will be concrete work carried out. Two new patio slabs in front of room 15 and 13 patio doors and a path extension on the North Emergency Door. A gazebo and smokers shelter slab in the west/front of the building. Please be extra cautious walking outside as there will be constructions vehicles and much activity outdoors in May. Please remind your loved ones to be extra vigilant when going outside.
Improvements
We are very excited to see all the wonderful improvements that the new owner is making to the home. The dining room drapes and blinds were installed this week and they look amazing. We have received many compliments from the residents and visitors. I will provide our next update in June, unless there is anything important to share sooner.
